When we push new values via MQTT Transmission to our main server, static values remain at value 0, which is very confusing in the dashboards. We have to restart the Reference Tag Provider to see the current values.
Could we have a solution for this?
I believe we’ll have to dig into this further to properly understand the issue and its root cause. Can you send an email to support@cirrus-link.com describing the problem in detail? We’ll likely need Ignition Gateway logs plus platform and Cirrus Link module versions. Thank you.
