Is spBv1.0/# messages supported (unsA1.0 is) for Chariot Brokers when Bridge is active (on one of them) and when subscribing with an external client to any of the brokers? I cannot find any documentation about it.
Bridging is supported by Chariot on any topic(s) including spBv1.0/#. However, bridging should generally not be used with Sparkplug systems.
