Does the MQTT Distributor support MQTT Ver5.0? If not then is there a tentative date/month/year we can expect it to be supported?  
Platform : Ignition 8.3 (Windows)

It does not currently support MQTT 5. This is planned and should be available in Q2 of 2026.
